Pricing Structure

There are 2 kinds of pricing structure:

1. Normal Pricing

Normal pricing is a setup that has pricing categories. You might want to have different set of pricing for different occassions. 

To setup normal pricing, you need to setup pricing categories.

Pricing categories are a set of pricings that you might use when you are in the “treatment” tab on booking details.

You can have as much as pricing categories.

But please keep in mind, please do not change the pricing as it will affecting the old data. Please add new pricing category if you want to have another pricing.

2. PM Pricing

PM pricing setup is directly from treatment area.

In PM pricing, to set up pricing, please do these steps:

  1. From top menu, click clinics.
  2. From clinics list, please make sure you see “PM pricing” column shows “yes”, if it does not show anything, that clinic is not using pm pricing setup. Please contact Martin if you need to use PM pricing for a new clinic.
  3. Click view branch(es).
  4. Click treatment categories.
  5. Click treatments
  6. Click manage area
