Sequence Messages (Branch Level)

You could add your own SMS/ Email messages outside the default automation.
To do so, please do the following:

1. From top menu, select Settings > Clinics.
2. Click Action menu > click View Branch(es).
3. Click Action menu > click Sequence Messages.
4. Click Add new to add new sequence.
5. Fill all the required fields.
6. For the "add periode" section:
   You can send your sequence based on these condition : 
   - Appointment date (sequence could be sent before / after appointment date).
   - Treated (sequence could be sent after patient has been treated only).
   - Booking confirmed (sequence could be sent after booking has been confirmed only).
7. Also if you want send the sequence only to specific treatment(s), you could select them. Just click add button to add more specific treatments.
8. Click submit to save your sequence.
